This is Joan, Barkalot Boyz’ Mom.

Here is our sad tale: Your, I suspect, yummy jerky treats arrived Friday. I opened the manilla envelope and left them still sealed in the plastic under a pile of mail on our breakfast room table, thinking I would treat the boys in a few days. But we had a busy weekend and never got to it.

This morning I took Jakey out for his walk and then came back for JH. When I got back from the walk with JH, I found pieces of torn plastic on the floor — and when I inspected them, I found the Bogart label on a very empty plastic envelope .. Need I say more?

They must have been very yummy because they were all gone. And Jakey never came to ask for his breakfast (it’s now 3:30 pm). To get to the jerky, he had to move newspapers, mail, and magazines — so it must smell very very good!!!

Anyway, Bogart — and family — we thank you for your kind gift; but we have just one question: how much jerky can a wire fox terrier eat all at once without having a very bad tummy ache???
